Hospital recently changed "Administrative Teams" and has taken a nose dive. Current Administration does not care about staff, ratios, work load, or environment. Managers often create a hostile environment towards employees. High turnover rate, general feeling of "this is just a job until I move on". Many long time employees are leaving for other facilities -- should mean something, right? And remember, it's not about the patient - it's about making the Doctor happy. At least that's the current mantra. Oh, and the only Holiday perk was $25 gift card to Publix. However, management felt employees didn't even deserve that this past year.
