Pros
Flight Benefits to travel freely. Many senior agents who know what they are doing most of the time. Team works sometimes.
Cons
Very unfair management that plays favorites to those who don't deserve promotions. Bullying was allowed to occur with the full knowledge of the station manager. Don't expect any representation from local or corporate. picky rules while flying on employee pass (i.e. cannot question gate agent about anything or face termination)
