Pros

The main reason is the free flights for you and your family. The ability to go anywhere in the US for free is a major bonus.

Cons

Supervisors expected the employees to carry duties of highly paid hourly positions without proper compensation. Trained new employees with being considered for the position of a Trainer, which paid a lot more hourly.

Pros

Travel Benefits, Employee Recognition Programs, Information provided to Management is relevant and keeps people engaged in the future of Delta.

Cons

Delta Tech Ops is currently lacking and loosing credibility, the merge of Delta Air Lines with Northwest has not turned out to be a merge to make a greater company, but one in which Delta management has elected to throw out key people and core business functionality that Northwest used to survive difficult times.
