Pros

Before the difficulties in 2001, great benefits and perks. Delta lost its way and people focus

Cons

Creativity was not encouraged, very insular and change resistant. Promotions of some individuals was baffling as based on likeability.

Pros

Flight Benefits are pretty good and fair.

Cons

The majority of Delta employees and middle management are brainwashed and believe everything upper management says. Hostile anti-union enviorment. Employees get constantly disciplined for no reason at all. Most major hubs are in the middle of nowhere or at least not in the most cosmopolitan cities so you have to fly out of the way most of the time to get somewhere. Delta considers Atlanta as the land of milk and honey. So called "family" is a lie. It's like living in an Orwellian dictatorship. In a nutshell, at Delta, 2+2 never equals 4.
