Pros

Travel benefits and sometimes long overnights

Cons

- management is out of touch - you are overworked an unhealthy amount - coworkers can be difficult to work with - no sick policy nor sick pay - company take your off day and not give it back - rude gate agents - unrealistic service standards (you’ll never sit down inflight) - archaic aircraft - entitled passengers (not POC friendly)

Pros

Good pay, goes up every year

Cons

Not unionized, stressing us out like crazy... If you are on the low end of seniority, it will destroy you.
