Pros

Lots of opportunities to gain valuable skills across many departments and progress. Delta is a great company to work for and there is something for everyone who is willing to work for it. Delta hires very diverse and competent people and that is its secret sauce.

Cons

Delta is very competitive and therefore the expectations and goals are very high and you are expected to consistently meet or exceed the targets without much grace.
