Pros

Good benefits. Great win flying with other flight attendants who actually worked.

Cons

FA supervisors clueless about real job and what goes on. Delta will take a stranger's version of what happened over yours no matter what happened.

Pros

Working at Delta is like working with all of your most fun family members. Everyone has your back and encourages you to be the best person you can be. The company holds true to its core values, and the flight perks are great.

Cons

You have to know how to handle an upset passenger. People get frustrated when things dont go as planned and they take it out on the employees. You just have to remember that they're upset because they may be missing a vacation day, a funeral or a day they may never get back. Put yourself in their shoes.

Pros

Travel benefits and health benefits are excellent for this industry.

Cons

Management and leads care more about statistics, as well as belittling, degrading, and condescending employees instead of customer service.
