Pros

Good if you stay close to manyata tech park and can manage evening calls

Cons

1.It's not delta airlines its DTH- software services - somewhat staffing companies to delta airlines 2. Rules and policies are completely different than delta 3. Indian being considered as cheap labour by senior leadership sitting in usa and India HR 4.late evening calls and no program management in place 5. They utilise year end review as tool to layoff 6. They go against Indian labour law and take work after 6 PM without any allowance. 7 . Lot of politics in leadership, engineering leaders and HR are puppet of Atlanta.
