Pros

Suuuper fun place to work at. Random buffets, themed dress-up days and a lot of benefits. The first month working there, Delta generously gave us transport and food vouchers from Grab totaling $100.

Cons

The workload is crazy. In a week, probably 3 out of 5 days there will be a high call volume. Also, the calls arent balanced. Some calls last 2 mins, and the next call can last 2 hours. (And, you cant go for toilet breaks because the customer is on hold)

Pros

Benefits are great, such as 401k, profit sharing, insurance, etc.

Cons

DEI is very heavy in Atlanta Reservations. Current management change stats/goals and do not advise until after goals were changed and want to suspend/force you to resign or be terminated.
