Population served was the only pro

Cons

Toxic, unethical work environment. Negative unsupportive Executive level Management. Constant threats of employment, name calling by Executive Management. Inconsistent decisions based on who you were. Constant turnover makes it impossible to maintain positive outcomes or continuity of care for those supported. Obvious lack of respect for employees and very poor communication.

Pros

The people in lower positions like at the office or homes are very nice people and are team players. They are the most important part of the organization because they serve the ppl.

Cons

They have many things to work on. Organization is falling apart due to new management. Vacation policy is awful. You only get vacation after a year.
