I left for health issues and my mother being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, I was in good standing with the company, they told me I could reapply and come back to work no problem when everything was figured out. I have since applied numerous times only to be told I did not have the correct qualifications.

We always seek the most qualified candidates for every opening we have available at that time. I obviously can't speak to any details about why you haven't been rehired yet given that I don't know who you are. We hope you and your family are doing well.
