Culture is everything here. Very intentional atmosphere where potential employees are vetted by years of research and data towards building the best team possible. You are provided with all the tools to be successful and earn your paycheck. You are constantly challenged to improve yourself and those around you. If you're a slow mover or afraid of change, this is not the place for you. If you are passionate about 2A rights and have the drive and hustle to outwork everyone else, this will feel like home. Offering a product that is in a league of its own with no competition is also great :)

Not a con but it's a fast growing company with the foot only on the gas pedal. This can lead to poor decision making and sometimes unrealistic expectations
