Pros

You can get free merch sometimes.

Cons

They don't listen to employees at all. No room for growth unless you're willing to live in WI. A lot of cons really.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Delta Defense, we empower our employees with an open-door policy, offering access to HR, company leaders, and life coaches to support their professional growth and well-being. Our core values state that we address problems head-on. We also sincerely value the input of our employees. For various reasons, we send surveys to collect information and hear from our team members. A recent 4th quarter 2024 survey of the Customer Service Team gave us these insights: - I feel valued, heard, and respected by Customer Service management, scoring 4.7 on a scale up to 5. - I feel informed about changes in the Customer Service Team through regular communication from leadership, scoring 4.5 on a scale up to 5. We hire the most qualified candidates for our roles, and while some positions are based at our headquarters in Wisconsin, this is due to the nature of the work. We’re committed to creating a transparent and supportive work environment for everyone. We wish you success in your future endeavors.

Pros

There isn't too many that I can think of other than decent pay.

Cons

The core values are not followed. The company looks great from the outside in. Once you are inside, you are constantly slandered by QA cards. Your QA scorecard depends on the QA person doing the review and how they are feeling for that day. There is no opportunity to move into another department unless you threaten to quit. All of a sudden opportunities magically appear. Most of the opportunities are for people working at HQ in West Bend. The remote workers are very rarely promoted.

Thanks for your review, and it appears that our call center team role was not a fit for you personally. We have grown our Customer Engagement team across the US in recent years and we hear the positive feedback on the work from home experience. Our robust training program for new hires, continues with ongoing training. We also have a quality team that reviews and coaches on ways we can improve. We are always striving to give our members exemplary customer service.
