As an honest person I don't think that there is any pros. Absolutely nothing.

Cons

They don't pay you on time. They don't pay you your whole salary. They are letting you use a lot more off days to not to pay you and then they want to unemploy you cuz of that.

Too nice of a place to stay to be paid so low.

You get a lot of hours when it's busy. Sometimes the tips aren't bad. You can stay for free if the weather gets bad.

Cons

They don't want you to work more than 40 hours per week to avoid paying you time and a half. No room to advance. They do not give raises.
