Pros

Decent pay, decent hours, you don't have to work if you don't want to, you can have everyone do your work for you and still get the bonus pay for it, as long as you flatter management and "drink the kool-aid" (meaning don't question anything and turn a blind eye to all offensive and unethical activities you see and hear and are required to do) then you can keep your job; that is, if you can stomach it that long.

Cons

No recognition for seniority or hard work, no accountability, dismal inter office and interpersonal communication, no room for advancement, unethical business practices, blatant violation of multiple labor regulations, incompetent management and ownership, retaliatory behavior allowed to create hostile work environment, ignorant corporate office that's completely blind and deaf to how serious the issues are, multiple walk-outs, tons of drama. There's a reason there are only a few key people that have been there more than three years, and they are it.

Pros

Pays better than most other subbing companies in the suburbs

Cons

They don't offer training or tell you what to expect. They 1099 your taxes. They don't pay you on time or consistently - AND without explanation why or they blame it on you. They have you sign up online on an animated website and frequently, yo'll show up to the school, wait around for an hour or later for them to tell you that they don't need you (basically wasting your time/gas/etc). If you call delta, you get paid for half a day and go home - BUT ONLY IF THEY DO NOT FIND ANOTHER JOB FOR YOU TO DO. If they find you another job an hour or so later and you don't go, you don't get paid. So you have to drive to two places (normally no where near each other), in order to get 1 day of pay - which they should pay u a half day and a full day. They are unorganized and unprofessional.

Pros

People are awesome. I have never worked with better people. They pull together to get the job done. Long lunches Relaxed work environment

Cons

Delta T is a revolving door. I heard it is over 150% turnover. They will hire ANYONE for recruiting no matter experience. As for sales, the managers and owner only care about numbers. If you don't produce, you won't be there.
