      Decent commute to work. Birthday PTO

      Cons

      They’re cheap. Ownership loves to pocket most of the money you make for them. No workplace environment. You could make them hundreds of thousands of dollars and they’ll give you a $5 bill. Staff morale is low but we are just trying to pay bills and fight another option. Doesn’t seem like a tenured office - when I started everyone around me had been in their positions for less than 6 months. Nobody has met the owner or corporate team

      Cons

      If you have an issue with someone at the company and talk to them to get a resolution. Then you go to HR. The HR goes stabs you behind your back. The managers Mico manage you and they make you work to death. Also the company had a legal issue that the ex employee said to them hush hush so they can stay on payroll foe 2 years while not being an employee.

      Very unorganized!!! They hired trash I was embarrassed to be part of the company. No professionalism at all!!
