Pros

Working with some of the clients can be rewarding. Joanne is actually pretty nice deep down.

Cons

Leadership is a joke. The family that runs this company has no sense of what life is like outside of DTG. They treat people like absolute trash.

There is no good reason to work for this company

Cons

They lied to you in your face, they dont care for their employees, they are very rude to their employee. Unprofessional and much more. They told me an amount of money and then later on turn out to be something else which i was never informed of from the beginning.

I wish I had positive feedback for this review but I don't.

Cons

They take advantage of clients The company's managers have no clue how to run a team. They are rude, nasty, miserable, and unapproachable. There culture is terrible. If they do not like you right away or feel you will not be a fit they will pin everyone against you and make you quit. There employees are independent contracts/1099. They have no workman's comp or any insurance to cover employees or clients if something happens on the job
