      Pros

      Very nice people to know, I worked their in 2007 and I am still friends with them. If your a professional and follow up on your work and do your job you will have a place to work for a lifetime. I wish them all the best in their success.

      Pros

      Decent salary. You can take off tons of days and make your own hours. You don't need a degree. A GED will suffice. You can be disrespectful and get away with it, even if its a supervisor. You can get it with a positive drug test. You can be there for 2 plus years and not meet numbers and still keep your job!

      ALL of the above if you are actually a decent employee!

      Decent commute to work. Birthday PTO

      Cons

      They’re cheap. Ownership loves to pocket most of the money you make for them. No workplace environment. You could make them hundreds of thousands of dollars and they’ll give you a $5 bill. Staff morale is low but we are just trying to pay bills and fight another option. Doesn’t seem like a tenured office - when I started everyone around me had been in their positions for less than 6 months. Nobody has met the owner or corporate team
