Pros

The door will open when you want to run outside and leave. You won't work there long enough to come up with any good things to say. They will push you out the door so don't leave a job to come here. This is a pro because you won't want to work here.

Cons

From the owners to the trainers everyone is terrible. They will tell you extra hours as needed which means they expect you to work all the time and on weekends just like them. I can't believe this company is allowed to be in Bryn Mawr it's so awful.

Pros

Pay was OK. Met some nice people most don't stay long. Medical benefit was OK and fair for the money. Provided lunch a few different times. Mileage reimbursement was OK.

Cons

Long hours. Micromanaging. Lots of blame pushed around. Vacation was misleading. Owner is toxic, rude, forgetful, and mean. Other management are mouthpieces for the owner. No one is allowed to do things their own way. They do not allow new ideas. Some metrics are unreachable.

Pros

There are none. There is nothing pleasant about working at this place, well let me take that back, there is a parking lot with valet parking.

Cons

There are too many to list but to name a few, you are talked down too, you are micromanaged, there is no sense of work-life balance, no sense of loyalty amongst team members or management, and you are treated with little to no respect by management.
