Micro-managing, no employee morale, no appreciation

Very low PTO, Sick time and benefits over all. Health insurance too high. No work life balance. Very toxic work atmosphere. No healthy communication company wide or interdepartmental. Very low pay and they do not do an annual pay raise. Very hard to get a pay raise(some went 10- 14 years without any pay raise and had to “fight” for a raise) . Workers treated very poorly across the board which add to the already toxic atmosphere and coworkers/management are burnt out and bitter.
