Once you have the job and you are able to do it well, the job security is there. I really appreciated that aspect. Regardless of what the economy looks like, at Delta T, the job opportunities for a Staffing Coordinator are there.

Cons

The pressure to produce. It was like a goal was set and met but before you can realistically set your next goal, the previous met goal is suddenly no good and you're not doing enough. The more you give the more they want. Very greedy and unappreciative of the effort it takes Staffing Coordinators to do their job effectively.

Nothing this company is absolutely awful on the corporate side.

Cons

They have trainer on the Corp site who is absolutely awful. Doesn't know the first thing about sales or recruiting. She works, I wouldnt say work but is there 4 days a week. She actually decides if they keep you or not, Lol. Whatever you do don't leave your job to come here. you could be let go in 2 months. They have a recruiting manager who is a clown and comes in 8:45-9am and then is gone at 4:30. All he does is push paper all day long. The VP is another midwestern hick of a clown. Not very polished and doesn't know anything about recruiting/sales. They tell you one thing and do another. They have you recruit for clients that aren't actually clients with signed contracts. Place is ghetto garbage of staffing
