      You will become great friends with your co-workers because you'll be in the field picking cotton with them for for 9 hrs a day at Delta Slave Group

      Cons

      Everything about that place suck. You can be the best employee imaginable, and they still think that you're expendable.

      Free coffee. There are absolutely no pros of working here Except the door open so when you want to leave.

      Cons

      Parking. People and the awful training. Hours dishonest tell you they are 45 after you accept job. Like public junior high. Management worst. Stay away.

      Pros

      AZ is short teachers because they don't have money for teachers. I have 4 certificates, and a NCATE Certified, and Bilingual Spanish, and they will beg you to go even when you have an assignment till the end of the year because many teachers quit.

      Cons

      They control where you can work, on-call. But they make you sign papers for 1099, as if you are calling the day's work , and YOU have control of nothing, and they DON"T pay taxes for your signing. Deceiving, smile in your face employment.
