      Pros

      Pay check comes every week. Do a decent job of finding you placement.

      Cons

      Tough tot get a hold of. Do not give many raises. Are not involved with you after you are hired.

      Pros

      flexibility in work schedules, locations, pay, companies/agencie. Being your own boss and being able to save your tax dollars until year end.

      Cons

      No stability, no benefits, and no job advancement. Staffing representative not being thoroughly trained in certain area, i.e. client needs vs contractors skills.

      Pros

      Coming up with a single pro took me a while because there aren't many. The only thing I could think of were flexible hours.

      Cons

      Low pay...actually, that's not completely true- salary depends on if the boss likes you or not...not how hard you work, if you had a degree, nothing. Just all on if he liked you and you were loyal to him; no room for growth; very high turn-over rate; no one appreciates the work you do; management either is super strict and breathing down your neck all of the time or doesn't even know you exist depending on which department you work in; expensive/crappy insurance;
