      Pros

      Work hard play hard type of mentality. Family oriented, pushes you to achieve beyond what you think you can. They have high expectations but you will be well rewarded if you push yourself to attain them

      Cons

      Can be stressful. Working in staffing is not for everyone. Things are beyond your control however it is ultimately your responsibility. In order to succeed here you must be determined and have an extremely high sense of urgency

      Cons

      Micromanagement is huge, pay rate is terrible for what they expect of you. You never do a good enough job, false promises, fake people, overworked, expected to work around the clock.
