I have the best Manager, Teammates, Colleagues that is helping and supporting me from training days through my every day work life here at Deltek. I was able to effectively do my job because they have been generous in sharing their knowledge to me.

Cons

As of, I don't have any downside comment working at Deltek. The company has been accommodating to my current need as a working mother. I am still learning what I need to know. (I will take note if I will encounter one.)
