      Pros

      Great support from leadership and colleagues—there is always someone willing to help, no matter the challenge. Deltek has a collaborative team environment where knowledge sharing is truly part of the culture. I always felt that there are consistent opportunities to grow professionally throughout my entire tenure. I’ve always felt valued and empowered in my role. Our leadership fosters an environment where employees can succeed and feel supported in almost anything they take on.

      Cons

      As with any long-standing role, processes can evolve slowly at times, but the organization continually works toward improvement. Recently the strong sense of stability and trust has diminished a bit, due to necessary employment cuts, although we all know and understand why these tough decisions have to be made by management. They are never unreasonable.
