      Pros

      Great mid-level and junior staff; ability to work from home; good benefits

      Cons

      Deltek lacks leadership; products are a result of acquisitions and are mostly not integrated; products are based on vastly different technologies which makes maintenance and development costly; managers ignore innovative longer-range ideas while focusing exclusively on a bizarre product road map

      Pros

      Equal Opportunity Employeer Chance to earn a salary while looking for another position at another company Good Start to get into AOL, as all past and present employees are bounced back and forth from AOL so managers can earn bonuses.

      Cons

      Dictionary should have a logo of GovWin when you look up micro-management Employees actually harassed yet stay because of higher pay rate, only to find out its not worth it. VP's know product well but have no clue or care how employees feel or care for their input. High Stress (for no reason), not worth your health, and hurts our own production in the end. There should be minus (-) Stars for rating as even 1 Star is too much.

      1. Work from home - great if you want time to think and concentrate on your work 2. They do 1999 software testing.

      Cons

      1. They moved back to 1991 software testing. 2. Performance evaluations are scripted or hard-coded. 3. Should be a good place but too corrupt a culture.
