One of the things I appreciate most is the work-life balance: flexible schedules and a real respect for personal time help me stay productive without burning out. And the cherry on top? Deltek has by far the most streamlined onboarding experience I’ve come across. The company has clearly invested in creating a process that makes new hires feel welcome and supported from before day one. All essential resources are available in one organized place, and there are consistent check-ins to ensure you’re progressing smoothly and have everything you need to be fully onboarded within 90 days. Probation is typically six months (this may vary by role or region). The culture is fantastic — genuinely employee-first. There are multiple rewards and recognition programs designed to make sure your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Deltek also places a strong emphasis on learning and development, offering access to platforms like LinkedIn Learning and encouraging employees to grow both within and outside the organization. There is some minor restructuring happening, but it’s aimed at fostering better collaboration and agility across teams, not creating instability.
