      Pros

      Great hybrid/remote flexibility, solid employee benefits package, and a legacy of a true people-first culture.

      Cons

      The company is moving in a different direction under the new leadership. Unfortunately, as the organization shifts its priorities, it feels like long-term, tenured roles are being sacrificed to make room for corporate changes.

      • The work is easy. • Pay is market-competitive.

      Cons

      Everything promised during the interview disappeared once you're actually in the role. There is a massive gap between the company's core values and how things actually run on the ground. Expect to be set up to fail, then blamed for failing. Actual work quality doesn't matter — what matters is the story management decides to tell about you. The people who made it unbearable is no longer there. Make of that what you will.
