      Supportive culture but morale dips after layoffs

      Pros

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

      Cons

      Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent. Career growth uncertainty during restructures: When leadership changes or teams merge, promotions and advancement

      Pros

      Great people work for Deltek. The company strongly encourages learning and developing new skills. Flex time and annual bonuses are great benefits.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Sometimes it seems the decision makers do not understand the complexity of the products. Promotions take way too long. Budget too tight and does not satisfy departmental needs. Manager's hands are tied.

      Deltek Cloud allows workers to work remotely

      Cons

      The environment is a blame focused environment is that blame focus is driven by upper management leadership (Sr. Managers, Directors, Sr. Directors, and VPs). Deltek has chosen to promote employees into these people into leadership positions which have a number of HR complaints against them so Deltek clearly show they do not adhere to their "Values"
