      Pros

      Good benefits. Fully stocked Kitchen.

      Cons

      IT infrastructure and equipment needs to be modernised. Job structure is flat with little to no promotion. Whilst Deltek have made an effort to make the company more inclusive, speaking out bullying will penalise the employee not the perpetrator.
