      Great Company culture and people/teammates/colleagues Most of the product offerings are top notch and industry leading.

      Cons

      Over working and increased demands of employees with little support or resources to help set up success. Some what of a toxic leadership culture at the director level and below.

      Good Place to Sharpen Skills

      Pros

      Deltek is a good company to work for. Flexibility, autonomy, and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Underpaid, and even if you've done full cycle sales, you won't get hired as a sales rep unless you've previously had software experience or if you start out as a SDR at Deltek and slave away until you get promoted. And when it comes to hiring SDRs, the bar is set very low.
