      Fun environment with great people! The best company I've worked for. Growing company; Deltek has more than doubled in past five years and continues to grow Lots of opportunity for professional and career growth Great work life balance Excellent CEO; engaged, approachable, and is setting the course for the next wave of growth

      Not necessarily a CON, but Deltek is an organization that is evolving. You need to be able to adapt and thrive in that environment to be successful.

      Pros

      - flexible workplace with work from home opportunities (huge pro for me as working parent) - competitive salary - engaged colleagues - employees WANT to be there - very friendly and collaborative environment - really nice office with tons of natural light, good coffee, and love the café and game rooms

      Pros

      More opportunities. More collaboration and communication. More flexibility with work situation. More rigor and discipline for best practices in almost all areas. More PTO!

      Cons

      Most of the benefits are still only OK. It is getting better, but it is still challenging to get everyone on the same page for key initiatives - silos still exist and some folk still get very territorial about their area of expertise. But compared to where the firm was 3-4 years ago it is almost like a different company.
