      Pros

      I had the autonomy to set my own hours to get the job done for the client. I got to travel around the country, work with people in different industries, establish and maintain professional relationships and make new friends.

      Cons

      I realized that at the end of every quarter, based on your required utilization, you never knew if you would be employed for the next quarter.

      Pros

      Flexible Work Arrangements - this company allows me to work from home, and is very flexible when it comes to alternate working arrangements. A lot has been written out here, but every quarter we get a bonus, we have payraises, a competitive benefits package, great work-life balance, culture and people. The culture is one of accountability, everyone is accountable to themselves and each other. We have good opportunities for folks that want to work hard and advance their career.
