      A real sense of team mentality. I don't feel like we're competing with colleagues or other departments. We're all working together to support each other.

      Cons

      At times Deltek can be a bit too conservative in it's projects.

      a lot of opportunity for a big company if you’re willing to put in the work which sets you apart from the rest of the crowd

      Cons

      big company reacts slow to changing market conditions at time but the products have insulated value so it works out nicely

      Pros

      Deltek presents to the market a top-of-class technology suite, and is located right in the heart of their primary industry - Government Contracting. The Sales Development team is very collaborative and is consistently working to work as a united front across the several business units.

      Cons

      Many members of the Sales Development team are not locally-based to the Headquarters, and so learning and development is not as accessible as it would be in-person in real-time.
