      One of the best places to work!

      Pros

      The support you get from all of your colleagues and upper management is second to none. Project Nation Day is a nice added perk as well. This is every payday, you get off half a day. Benefits start on day one. They encourage you to take PTO for true work/life balance and family comes first.

      Cons

      If you're hired as a remote worker, you might be pretty far from an actual office. Also, if you're not fully vaccinated, you can't attend any company events.

      Benefits in Deltek are applied to everyone in the company globally i.e. Travel, career progression/opportunity,

      Cons

      I think the area where Deltek can improve is the systems in place for employees i.e. time in and time out. I can sense how Workday is more user friendly between what we have right now

      This company offers a diverse, collaborative, growth-minded, supportive, and EXCITING environment! My only regret is waiting so long to look for something like this. very pleased with my decision to join this company! Cannot say enough about our CEO and how much he cares about his employees! And it doesn't stop there... that genuine level of commitment cascades all the way down throughout the organization.

      Cons

      Currently there is no physical office in my city, but I know there will be one sometime soon. I miss being 'in the office', so once that happens, we will be really building synergies!
