Clear leader in an exciting and rapidly growing category (Account Based Marketing). Strong, aligned executive team. Clear and compelling product strategy. Well funded with clear path to profitability. Rapid company growth, which creates opportunities for employee growth. Great compensation, benefits and working environment. Strong (from the very top) commitment to retaining a healthy company culture.

Cons

Like most successful pre-IPO companies, there is a lot going on. This can lead to challenges around prioritization.

What a refreshingly professional on-boarding process.! I'm new with Demandbase, but wanted to share that getting started with them has been extremely smooth. HR and IT were completely prepared for my first day providing me with a thorough orientation and everything I needed to get started. The benefits are unmatched in my experience. Demandbase takes nothing out of my salary for health, vision or dental. They offer great commuter benefits, too. Everyone I've met has been more than welcoming - it's almost like everyone I've met has been totally prepared for me to come onboard. I'm looking forward to providing more great reviews as I near my one year anniversary.

Cons

The San Francisco office is in a bit of a lunch option desert ... but, Demandbase does provide excellent lunches on Fridays ;-)

- Competitive market with lots of room to prove our worth to customers - Driven engineering team with a team of leaders that have a strong vision - Highly transparent organization where town halls provide valuable insights across the company - Nice people

Cons

- Not all team members are excited about the future and are clinging to the past - Remote employees don't always feel as engaged / included
