Pros

- Lots of flexibility (when I clock in/clock out, when I take lunch break, self-management for my workload) though this freedom does not apply to everybody. I am not micromangaged at all and good work is recognized - Everyone here is friendly and generally willing to help you out. Most people are on the younger side too (20s to 30s) - Free lunch at least once every other week. Smaller snacks and drinks are regularly stocked in the kitchens - Great location in SF, next to Powell BART stop. Lots of lunch options: food, shopping, gym, even a nearby park - Great benefits (Overall health care, gym subsidy, 401K, etc) - Senior management cares about your opinions and about each person. For example, I've seen people leave for different reasons and the door is open for them to come back, no hard feelings. I heard that one senior member baked cookies and wrote personal notes for their team - Quarterly company meetings that is kind of like a rally: keeps us updated about the company and gets us on the same page, usually there is at least a half day off with good food and some kind of entertainment. Sometimes, there are smaller team outings where your team goes out and does something fun together during work hours

Cons

- Lots of focus on numbers: # of cases closed and on your NPS (net promoter score) which often is hard to hit because customers are not necessarily unhappy with you but with the product - Sometimes there is too much focus on drinking, which leads to a frat-like culture - Type of work is a little mundane, may not necessarily be helpful if you were to switch jobs

Great Company. Great People.

Pros

Real access to the executive team. Tons of room for growth...if you produce you will get promoted. Most people at the company are welcoming and willing to give advice. Training program has improved and continues to improve which allows the sales team to hit the ground running.

Cons

The company is growing so fast it is difficult to keep up on product changes and enhancements. Probably a good problem to have.
