Pros

You can learn a lot in a relatively fast-paced environment. You can gain a lot of experience as people are willing to share responsibilities. Benefits are not too bad, great health coverage, and decent employer contribution plans to 401k & Health Savings. There are some great people that work/have worked here and are going to do wonderful things in the future, this is just not the place for that to happen .

Low earnings/wage lead to lack of talent Severe employee attrition problems Very reactive upper management It doesn't feel like the company cares about its employees really.
