      I like my coworkers and the Oticon technology.

      Please provide better parental leave for your employees who are parents. You will have better employee retention and will demonstrate that you care about our wellbeing.

      Seems as long as they are making money doesn’t matter about you. Don’t be up problems and try to fix them. If you do bring it up, then your the problem and treated differently. My opinion is scary everyone to become robots. Not to put out the fires but let them burn because there is no where else to go
