      Pros

      Many roles are easy to do and almost everyone find something for them from smd production, through lacquering to 3D models making. Overtime never was forced( but lately is not existent)

      Cons

      Salary without overtime and bonuses is very unsatisfying. Potential future problems and small existent ones will be brushed off till someone closer/ more liked by menagers will bring them up

      Supportive environment as a student assistant. The employer provided appropriately challenging tasks. The employer understood that school came first, and was flexible in that regard.

      Traveling to the office took a long time.
