      As much overtime as you want

      Cons

      Consistently understaffed because workers are not paid or treated well enough to stay. Covid protection guidelines are loosely enforced, and only when it doesn't get in the way of production times. Upper management claims to prioritize worker health and safety, but fails to follow through in any meaningful way.

      It is a big company, growing very fast, and may open more opportunities.

      A lot of overworked employees, people had to do more than their own job due to recent job moves, and unable to back fill their previous positions

      Okay time off policy for long term employees.

      Cons

      Demant only cares about extracting as much labor as possible for the lowest cost possible, no room for growth, fake by the book HR happy atmosphere, unstable leadership.
