      Pros

      Flat hierarchy. This is a networking company so it requires you to get to know a lot of peopl, but this also means that everyone is friendly and helpful. Overall, fairly good values. There is flexibility for hybrid work. Newly launched employee resource groups have accelerated the companies work with DEI objectives. I put 3 stars on DEI because the company is extremely slow and a lot of companies are ahead in terms of DEI - but its on the right track.

      Cons

      About 14% gap in pay between men and women. Salaries are lower than in other companies. Demant pays 3% pension, the rest you take out of your own pay if you want a higher percentage.
