Very relaxed workplace, no pressure on time deadlines, friendly colleagues and well meaning managers

Cons

Very little sense of direction in the organization, little outlook for promotions, not very ambitious. Very little control in your position in the company on a macro scale. Senior managers are very disconnected and give no sense of direction.
