Two paid breaks. Honestly there are no pros except that. This is the worst job I've had. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone.

Management doesn't communicate well. Favoritism. Office politics. Horrible compensation structure. Bad pto plan. Expensive benefits. You'll never afford a mortgage working here

The company attitude is extract last drop out of its employees and clients to make dearth-less profits. Audiologists are treated merely as cheap profit making sales personals. The company is degrading the Audiology profession by their practices.
