      1) Competitive salary 2) Flexible work arrangements - remote work encouraged 3) Work with very interesting and vital technologies

      Cons

      1) Large volume of travel 2) Seems like you are never truly off the clock for customers 3) Work often has a blue collar feel - I enjoy it but put it here because its not for everyone 4) Somewhat negative culture among more veteran employees due to stress/burnout

      No faith in executives

      Pros

      Good culture and super friendly people; compensation scheme for engineers is generous; 4% 401(k) match and 7 days of sick time

      Cons

      Executive leadership is so divorced from the day to day, business gets done in spite of them rather than because of their guidance
