      Change Adverse - unsustainable

      Pros

      Lovely building (although useless due to Covid) Great food in the canteen Gym onsite Some great people Customer service seems to be good

      Cons

      Stuck in their ways - won’t change despite many quality people (that won’t stick around) coming into the organisation and trying to influence a change culture. Taking on too much work that they can’t deliver Just focused on orders - customer value being drained from the business, and companies will look elsewhere. HR is an absolute mess in NE - leadership has no clue and are way out of their depth.

      - biased against Indians and non Chinese folks in the Singapore office. - People from this community are often ill treated and belittled Very glad to have exited this toxic environment

      Stuck on one position, no chances to go up

      -Nice office (pool and PS4) -Pretty good salary

      Cons

      -Most of employees stuck in one position -Most people are in management team for past decade -Most managers have been there for past decade or more -Starting with good salary but there is no significant salary rise -Lack of freshness -Difficult to achieve something if you’re young and work there for less then a decade -Almost no young people
