      Pros

      - Lots of amazing people in the trenches busting their butt off to overcome the chaos leadership continuously causes - Pay was competitive - Warehouse automation market has an excellent near to mid term future (good space to work in) - diverse workforce, including women in mid and senior level leadership positions

      Cons

      - Some executive leaders are brutally toxic and incompetent, creating a work environment that was by far the most toxic I have ever worked in - untrustworthy HR - very high attrition rate for new hires - Strategy and tactical oversite is incompetent, creating chaos for those in the trenches - Lots of those amazing people I mentioned in the pros are jaded and broken from too many years under toxic leadership

      Pros

      I am reviewing Dematic India and not not global offices. There is no reason to work here. The management and work culture is pathetic. No appreciation and vlaue for employee. The biggest down side is the management and the work culture it is not growth supporting environment and there is lack of transparency in the manegement

      Everything is a challenge here. Surviving here is a big task The management is pathetic and not transparent the work culture is also bad and not even growth supporting environment
