      you get to work with some fantastic people, overseas working away allowance and good accommodation while working away from home

      constantly have to do 15+hours extra overtime without compensation, expense system,

      Pros

      Dematic will bring the best out of its employees, they give them an ocean to swim in and when your drowning they send you a life raft until you can resume swimming. This means you learn quickly and have a lot of responsibility very early on in your job. - Great people - Great Challenges - Great Projects

      Cons

      - Salary is very poor - Time away from home is onerous and excessive. Three weeks in a row is not unusual domestically and more internationally. - Long work hours with zero overtime payments
