Pros

Good management - Management are very focus on employees, their needs and their development. Relaxed atmosphere - there is a lot going on but I didn't feel stressed at all. Job satisfaction - a lot of the staff have been here a long time and are very comfortable within their job.

Cons

When I was there I felt there could have been better communication between managers and directors. There is a Shared Service Centre there which I think could do with reviewing as they are pretty separate from the rest of the Company and they seem to have their own rules which doesn't necessarily work for the rest of the Company.

Pros

As no one care you're left alone

Cons

Managed by a few psychopath managers, playing psychological schemes on everyone to hide their own selfishness. Saw hired people leaving for burnout recognized as work accident. Happy direction enjoying making employees crying considering this as management competencies. Top direction full of white males in their 50 making fun of women and other diverse population. Enjoy your poor little life.

Pros

Immediate team are great and have a good team morale. Although the place is very busy and under-resourced, and hence very busy, it's still a supportive environment. I've worked a lot of far worse places. Very diverse workplace. Never pressured to work extra hours beyond my contracted hours (this might be different in other roles).

Cons

People can be moved around from team to team quite regularly as projects are in fire fighting mode a lot of the time due to under resourcing. I know others in the company aren't happy and I think a lot of that comes down to the immediate team around you and the individuals who are providing management support. They promote training and self development but I never have time to do this. Lots of engineers who are dead wood and clearly aren't up to the job and hide in the teams where their colleagues have to carry them.
